Psoriasis
Psoriasis is a skin disease that causes a rash with itchy, scaly patches, most commonly on the knees, elbows, trunk and scalp.Psoriasis is a common, long-term (chronic) disease with no cure. It can be painful, interfere with sleep and make it hard to concentrate.
Autoimmune Disease
Autoimmune disease happens when the body's natural defense system can't tell the difference between your own cells and foreign cells, causing the body to mistakenly attack normal cells. There are more than 80 types of autoimmune diseases that affect a wide range of body parts.
Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD)
Polycystic ovary syndrome is a condition where you have few, unusual or very long periods. It often results in having too much of a male hormone called androgen. Many small sacs of fluid develop on the ovaries. They may fail to regularly release eggs.
Massage (Snehan)
Snehana, or Oleation Therapy, is one of the most important therapies that prepares the body to receive specialized Panchakarma treatment. It involves the application of medicated oils, ghee and herbs to the body internally and externally for three to seven days.
Steam (Swedana)
Swedana moisturizes the body, softens and dilates the pores, making it easier for impurities to come out. Swedana is often recommended, among other things, for constipation, back and joint pains, when there are respiratory problems or earache.
Shirodhara
Shirodhara is a classical and a well-established ayurvedic procedure of slowly and steadily dripping medicated oil or other liquids on the forehead. This procedure induces a relaxed state of awareness that results in a dynamic psycho-somatic balance.
Basti
Basti is often administered in two stages: an oil stage and a decoction stage. In the first stage, five ounces of warm sesame oil is introduced into the rectum and retained for ten minutes.
Nasya
Nasya refers to nasal administration of therapeutic oil. Nasya is a part of the Panchakarma treatment where the central nervous system is cleansed through administering beneficial oils through the nostrils. The oil is customised by the practitioner based on the condition to be treated.
Leech Therapy
Leech therapy or Raktamokshana Jaluka Charana is a kind of blood purification therapy, where leeches are used to suck the impure blood from the infected part of the body. While most of us know that a leech is a worm that sucks blood, not many of us know that it sucks only impure blood.
Ayurvedic Treatment for Psoriasis
The main Ayurveda treatment used to treat psoriasis is Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma treatments involve plant-based remedies and dietary changes. These are meant to detox and purify the body. A vegetarian diet is often recommended.

Taking 2 tablets thrice daily after your meals with plain water. Himaj Ghan: Usually, the Ayurveda expert recommends taking one tablet twice or thrice a day. Chandraprabha Vati: The average dosage of Chandraprabha Vati is 2 tablets of 500 mg in a day.
Gallstone
Mixing kalonji seeds with honey, kalonji or black seed oil and warm water and drinking this tonic on an empty stomach aids in dissolving gallstones.
Asthma
According to Ayurveda, Asthma is caused due to imbalanced Kapha ,Pitta Dosha causes with symptoms like wheezing, coughing, fever and irritability. Asthma caused by Vata Dosha can be acknowledged by wheezing, dry mouth, thirst, dry cough, dry skin, anxiety and constipation.
Heart Problems
For the prevention of heart diseases and cerebrovascular diseases, a herbal polypill can be developed by incorporating Ayurvedic herbs with known and proven value like – Guggulu, Arjuna, Pushkarmoola, Lasuna, Amalaki and Jatamansi for managing risk factors of cardiovascular conditions.

Diabetes
